Sarah Adams

Sarah Adams was born in January 1980 in Sydney, Australia - and lived in various parts of Sydney throughout her childhood and teenage years.

Sarah graduated from high school in 1997, and went on to study Advertising and work as a Journalist and Wedding Photographer during her first years out of high school.

In 2001, Sarah relocated from Sydney to Melbourne where she undertook studies in Visual Arts majouring in Photography, with minors in Painting and Drawing.

During her time in Melbourne, Sarah held exhibitions with her fellow students.

Sarah then relocated back to the NSW Central Coast, where she remained for 6 years, before returning to Sydney in 2009.

Since returning to NSW, Sarah has been travelling and building her body of work, particularly in the areas of photography and drawing.

Sarah's work primarily encompasses photography, painting and drawing.

Sarah's work explores the thems of isolation and depression; and societal views on "beauty"​.
